CRM Back-office (Marketing department)

      Responsibilities: 

  • Delivering CRM strategy by uploading campaigns

  • Analysis and reporting on campaign effectiveness in terms of traffic, retention, and revenue

  • Analyzes the results of email campaigns.

  • Responsible for email marketing, to improve retention and customer loyalty.

  • Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations

  • Working closely with the marketing and art team to manage the CRM campaigns

    Requirements: 

  • Excel & PowerPoint abilities

  • Quick to learn with CRM software

  • Strong analytical orientation – an advantage

  • organized, flexible and able to work with multiple stakeholders

  • Can-do approach

  • High level of English

  • Gaming background – an advantage.
